Ignara AI/Security

Security

An honest statement of where our security posture stands today — the same way we describe everything else. We are pre-product, and this page reflects that accurately.

What we do today

  • Ignara AI is in the architecture and research phase. We do not yet operate a product, store customer workloads, or process customer data.
  • Our website is statically generated and served over HTTPS with HSTS, a Content Security Policy, and standard security headers.
  • The only data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through our contact form: name, email address, topic, and message.

How contact form data is handled

  • Submissions are transmitted over TLS and delivered by email to the founder. They are not stored in any database operated by Ignara AI.
  • Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), which processes the submission for the purpose of delivery.
  • Form submissions are rate-limited and validated server-side. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

What we commit to before any product preview

  • A documented security architecture for the platform, published alongside the developer preview.
  • A formal compliance roadmap (SOC 2 Type I as a first milestone) before any customer workload touches Ignara infrastructure.
  • This page will be updated as our posture evolves. We will not claim certifications we do not hold.

Reporting a vulnerability

  • If you find a security issue with this website, please report it to jagan@ignara.ai with "SECURITY" in the subject line.
  • We will acknowledge reports within 72 hours. We ask for reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
  • A machine-readable disclosure policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
